Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This is published separately as Washington's My Health My Data Act requires. It covers only consumer health data. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

Patterns are worked out on your device only. Where you record health-related numbers such as sleep, mood, movement or water, and you have turned Patterns on, the app may work out in your browser whether two of them move together. Anything it works out is an inference about you, and we treat it as consumer health data — which is why it never leaves your device. It is not collected, not stored, not shared, and not sold. We keep only the fact that you switched the feature on. It is not health advice and it can be wrong.

Who we are. Othvane LLC, operating TealDrop. Contact: legal@othvane.com.

1. What consumer health data we collect.

Only what you type into your planners: fitness and workout logs, meals and food notes, water intake, mood entries, sleep notes, and self-care or wellness entries.

2. Where it comes from.

Only from you. We do not buy consumer health data and we do not obtain it from any other source.

3. Why we collect it.

To store your entries, show them back to you, and power the dashboards, streaks, and summaries you asked for. Nothing else.

4. Who we share it with.

Only Supabase, our hosting and database processor, and solely to store it for you. We have no affiliates. We share consumer health data with no other third parties, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.

5. Your rights.

You can access and export your data (Settings → Export my data), delete individual entries at any time, and delete your account and everything in it (Settings → Delete account). Deleting the entries or your account withdraws your consent. To exercise a right, or to appeal a decision we make, email legal@othvane.com. If we deny your appeal you may complain to the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
